Yaoi Boy contest submission for I can't really win, but I did something anyway... not really great, his legs are huge...I need to learn how to draw...

reapersun likes frogs, and we were discussing Yaoi Boy's character when she mentioned that she figured he was probably a model. I was trying to do some kind of overexposed fashion photography, but painting took too long so I made it into a book cover style picture instead... so weird halfshiny-painted-frog-yaoi-boy design for some strange alternative version of "The Frog Prince"....

I need help...

Absolutely brilliant turn on an old theme! Did you design the paisley/vignette flowery stuffstuff yourself? ...and if not, could you direct me to a site where I can find them?
And anyways, frog legs are supposed to be larger, so it looks just fine. =D

this is so cool! and original, as well, because i honestly haven't seen a take on the frog prince quite like this one. the colors and markings are beautiful. and i particularly enjoy his impish expression.

sweet!! and you even used the hideous green and yellow I love :yum: the ornate stuff is really cool as always, and so are the frrooooggggss :rofl:
haha, you tried to make him sexy!! you painted abs :D the only thing I would crit is that he is too small :( and I think his expression could be more readable (I can see it a little but I have to look real hard); maybe just a few dark lines to define his mouth and eyes woulda done it. but it's still awesome!! thank yoooooouuuu!!! D D

Wow! This is prolly my fave entry so far! ^_^ and I love the little frog vectors! The only crit i'd give is that maybe he's a little too washed out? But I dunno...
