Secret Santa Gift for
 Through  The inspiration for this one was the character's name "Crimson" At one time the dye to create the color crimson was obtained from the females a certain type of insect... kermes. So I placed him in a kermes oak, collecting the dye. Unfortunately I cannot think of that as not being rather cruel to the bugs. So I put the male kermes in there as well, in an attempt to portray an understanding between him and the insects and the tree... some sort of symbiosis. In a happy side effect, the whole picture turned out rather Christmas-y looking. This is just all further proof of my insanity  Anyway, Comments are welcome! I hope you like it silvair! |
